Terms & Conditions — Summary
By using the FTS Partner Portal you agree to: (1) register only genuine sales opportunities for end-customers you have a legitimate relationship with; (2) keep all FTS commercial terms strictly confidential; (3) not approach FTS end-customers directly; (4) accuracy of all information submitted; (5) a 12-month tail period on all registered opportunities; (6) commission is payable only upon the end-customer signing a contract with the relevant provider.

What You Earn

You may use the partner portal solely for managing and submitting deal opportunities in accordance with your partner agreement. You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
3. Partner accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
4. Deal submissions
Deal submissions are subject to the terms of your partner agreement. FTS reserves the right to accept, reject or re-allocate submitted deals.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website is the property of Future Tech Solutions and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of liability
FTS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed commission paid in the three months preceding any claim.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
